🍀Pelmeni (meat)
Ingredients: Minced beef and pork, onions, garlic, salt, pepper, flour, eggs, water
Cooking method: In boiling water (500ml),
Add salt and pepper to taste
Then add pelmeni (10 pieces) and mix.
Turn off the heat 3 minutes after the pelmeni begins to float.
Remove pelmeni from hot water.
Once removed from the hot water, add butter to the pelmeni before eating.
